What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom designs?
Our MOQs are flexible and vary by product category. Generally, we cater to both small-scale startups and large-scale wholesalers. Please contact us with your specific requirements for a tailored quote.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we highly recommend sampling. We can produce a physical prototype of your design so you can evaluate the fabric quality, fit, and branding before committing to mass production.
How long does the production process take?
Standard production usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on the order volume and the complexity of the designs. We will provide a more accurate timeline once your sample is approved.
Do you offer OEM and Private Labeling services?
Absolutely. We specialize in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM). We can manufacture products based on your specific designs and add your custom woven labels, hangtags, and logos.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
To ensure high-quality printing and embroidery, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. However, we can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files if necessary.

What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard practice involves a percentage-based deposit to initiate production, with the remaining balance due once the order is completed and ready for shipment.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the shipment, the dimensions of the boxes, and the destination. We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide the most competitive rates.
Can I customize the fabric and material of the gear?
Yes. We offer a wide range of materials, from moisture-wicking polyesters for sports wear to heavy-duty cowhide leather or synthetic Rexine for professional fight gear.
How do you ensure product quality?
We implement a multi-stage Quality Control (QC) process. Every item is inspected during stitching, after branding, and right before final packaging to ensure it meets international export standards.
